Actually, its been busy since we got home from vacation. We jumped straight into party mode and started cooking and making pasta for Victors birthday party, so much food was made that even though we had 50 guests, there are still leftovers in the refrigerator. Megan made the delicious birthday cake and I made apple pies...much chianti and Prosecco was consumed. Tuesday was Victors actual birthday and we celebrated with a bike ride to Old Fort for burgers and beer. Its become my favorite ride, with the road full of curves and switch backs. In the evening we met friends for sushi, and then stopped by the wine bar to listen to live music.

A three year old grana, saved for the birthday party

A ride along the Blueridge Parkway,

Burgers and beer,

During this time we also managed to squeeze in a few other things, like a camp fire with friends.

A fall harvest potluck,

I met a friend for lunch,

Met friends at a produce stand parking lot, to drink beer...its a weekly thing.

Had coffee out with Megan

And far les exciting, I am cleaning my closet, after photo to follow.
