A trip to the dump, the grocery store, a restraunt supply place, farmers market, and a little cottage in the woods to pick up fertilizer, that a woman makes using the whey left over from Victors cheese making. Dinner was made from all local ingedients, pasta made by victor with a sauce of wild mushrooms and cheese, a salad of local greens and tomatos, with homemade caesar dressing, and bread from the market, still warm from the oven.
