I get overwhelmed easily; so when I go for an extended period of time without blogging, it seems monumental to try and catch up. Also overwhelming me, is trying to figure out my finances. My friends are all all talking about investments, IRA's, having enough income as they age...I have none of that. I haven't a clue as to what Im going to do, and the anxiety of it all has me frozen and unable to do anything. I'm told this is a normal trauma/abuse reaction, but knowing that doesn't make it any better. Keeping busy and physically active is how I cope and ignore things, and I'm aces at that. This is some of what I did last week.
I went to Downtown After Five, for live music.

Went hiking with Don, a friend from one of my meetup groups.

Did SO MUCH weeding, in exchange for a new leather jacket.

Had a fancy and very expensive dinner at the Biltmore.

Made little pierogi's for a dinner party.

Went on a double date in a vintage car, and practiced shooting guns.

Went on a motorcycle ride.

Had an Italian Easter dinner of homemade pasta, made by Cosimo, who is visiting Gigi, from Italy.

Got an Easter basket from Megan.
