Day Drinking

(Little Big Town)

Along with breweries, Asheville has several distillies, and I had yet to visit one. This was remedied yesterday, when Brenda, Ry and I went to Black Mountain and visited Oak and Grist. They produce two types of gin and two types of whiskey. We started with a flight, tasting all four spirits, (each just a quarter of an ounce), then had old fashioneds. I followed that with a gin and tonic, but didnt drink much; it had a funky taste, as the gin that is produceded isnt in the style of London Dry.
